Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24-hours notice is required to change or cancel
without charge. Failure to do so will result in full fees due for the
scheduled session time.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, it will result in
fees due for the full scheduled session time (which are not billable
to your insurance).

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call as soon as possible. We ask
that you be on time to all appointments. However, we do
understand that situations arise where you may be late. Call and
let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
This will allow you a few moments to relax and ensure that you are seen on
time.
